Shifts are likely to be short, but rounds will involve providing back-to-back support to a number of customers. Roles are located in and around the Beccles, Lowestoft, Great Yarmouth, or Norwich areas.

12-hour day shifts, 7 days on 7 off. Roles cover geographically zoned areas of Norfolk.

This is an unplanned, rapid response, emergency night sitting service that supports customers to remain in their own home. Requires experienced care workers who will be deployed from their own homes.  

These roles reduce the need for admissions to hospital while their normal care is unavailable as a one-off service. The level of care required will vary dependent upon individuals needs and potential. Night shifts only (10 hours). Located across Norfolk.

Front-line advocate for quality and compliance with duties spanning office and field-based activities. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating customer care to a high evidence-based standard, and in line with Company policies.  

Responsible for contractual compliance through reviews, monitoring, and audits. 

This role is also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our field-based team offering mentorship and support through face-to-face supervisions and medication competency assessments. Office and field based.
