Training and Development

Free E-Bike Hire Scheme – we recognise that driving is not for everyone! If you’re a field-based colleague then one of our pedal assisted e-bikes could help you to reach customers more efficiently and maximise your earning potential. Initially available for 6-month’s use, our e-bikes come equipped with helmet, hi-viz vest, lock and lights. You will need to be proficient in riding safely on the road and have successfully completed your probation period.

Parking Permits – parking can be challenging in some locations, so we’ve purchased car parking permits in these areas to remove this barrier for you.

Colleague of the Month Award Scheme – we love to reward our employees and encourage all colleagues to recognise each other’s achievements by nominate anyone in the business who has gone above and beyond in their job role. All nominees receive a certificate and each month we select a Colleague of the Month who is presented with a Love2Shop voucher and certificate. Could you be a future Colleague of the Month?

Small token of appreciation for end of life support – in our line of duty we offer a valuable service to people in their final days by providing end of life care. We recognise that our colleagues own emotional wellbeing can be affected when a customer sadly passes away. We send a thank you recognition card to all affected colleagues with a Costa Coffee gift card to allow you to take 5 to yourself and enjoy a coffee/tea or even a piece of cake on us.
