This accessibility statement applies to homesupportmatters.org.uk.

This website is run by Home Support Matters. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software

We are currently updating our videos and will produce transcripts when the new videos is ready.

This statement was prepared on 13 December 2022. It was last reviewed on 15 September 2022.

This website was last tested on 9 December 2022. The test was carried out by Bigfork Limited.

The website is created using defined templates and blocks, for manual tests we chose a selection of pages that covered all of these templates and block variations. Automated tests were applied to the whole website.
